Playtime - Boofle

Use the eclectic textured elements, including buttons and fabric paper from the cute Boofle collection to make this fun layout.
Stamp the sitting Boofle twice. Once onto the brown gingham paper and once onto the orange linen-look paper. Paper piece the nose and eye section on top and then colour Boofle’s nose with a brown marker. Position to the bottom left of the page.
Arrange buttons in a sweeping fashion across the top of the photos. Add the sunshine die-cut and glue in place. Add a dotty trail between the buttons with a black permanent pen and add some gemstones on top of a few of the dots.
Sand the edges of three photos and arrange across the page as shown. Note their approximate positions and remove to one side for now.
Staple some patchwork and orange print Boofle ribbon to the bottom left of the page.
Layer two Boofle Big Bloomers and top off with a large Boofle button. Position centrally at the bottom of the page.
Add your title to the bottom left using Canvas cardstock stickers and white foam Alphaminis. Finish with some more gemstones arranged in trios to either side.
Use the dot Boofle textured background stamp and stamp several times to the top left and the bottom right of the areas the photos will sit. Overlap the area slightly. I used white paint for this stamping. Leave to dry briefly and then glue the photos in place.
Sand a kraft-coloured Boofle cardstock sticker tag to distress and add your journalling. Position to the top left of the page using 3D foam pads.
Freehand cut a narrow frame measuring 28x28cm from the floral paper and ink the edges with creamy brown fluid chalk ink. Add a doodled border with a black gel pen and secure centrally onto the blue flower paper.
Cut some rectangles and squares from the fabric papers and distress the edges using the Xcut Craft Buddy perforating tool. Arrange to the top right and bottom left of the photos.
Trim the ‘hello’ message from the sheet in the 12x12 paper pack and position between the stamped Boofle and the flower embellishment. Top off the flower with a ribbon bow and add a button and a punched butterfly as shown.
Add some ribbon bows to a couple of the buttons and knot thread through the others.
