Lollipop plant markers

Posted by TheDocraftsTeam, 08 Jul, 2016

If you've got some happy herbs growing in your garden (or on your windowsill), make sure you know who's who with these quick and easy lolly stick labels. Each marker can be made in a flash, adding a splash of colour to your planters.

1. Take six large lollipop sticks. Tear and stick a small piece of masking tape across the middle of each. 2. Paint one half of each stick with some white acrylic paint. Leave to dry, then apply a second coat. 3. Remove the tape and discard. Stamp the names of the herbs or plants on the painted ends of the sticks in black ink (we used the Wedding Ever After 5 x 7" clear stamps). 4. Use Artiste pens to decorate the sticks with geometric patterns.
