Lollipop boxes

If you’ve got your hands on the July issue of Creativity, chances are you’ve spied our tasty treat boxes. While we were busy making, we got a little carried away and crafted two extra designs! Try your hand at them using our quick and easy tutorial…

1. To make the yellow box, cut three strips of paper in three different shades of yellow. Punch one edge of each with the Xcut Scallop Border Punch. Stick the layers around the outer sleeve of a Papermania Bare Basics Medium Matchbox, starting with the darker yellow at the bottom, and lighter at the top. Make a slit in the drawer compartment and insert half a lolly stick inside, fixing with a little tacky glue. To finish, tie a dinky die-cut tag to the lollipop stick with a length of Bare Basics jute.

2. Make a tutti frutti lolly box by wrapping a sheet of dark pink Capsule Elements Pigment paper around the outer sleeve of a matchbox. Secure a strip of patterned paper around the top half. Attach half a lollipop stick and a tiny tag to the bottom, as before.
