Kitsch Christmas card

Ho, ho, ho, it’s time to get cracking with Christmas cardmaking! We’ve hit the ground running with the September issue of Creativity magazine, starting with this bold and beautiful card, created with Papermania’s new collection, Love Santa.

1. Trim and double mat a sheet of Love Santa patterned paper onto an 8 x 8" card blank, rounding the corners with an Xcut 2 In 1 Corner Punch.

2. Create a stand-out sentiment by die cutting a silver ‘Happy’, using the Xcut Art Deco Alphabet Dies and silver glittery Love Santa paper. Add a layer of gold glitter to a ‘Christmas’ wooden sentiment, using Anita’s Tacky Glue. Cut a panel of white cardstock to fit in the centre of the card, and mount the sentiment on top. Add some Love Santa adhesive gems in two opposite corners.

3. Glue some silver mini tinsel strands around the panel, and fix into four layers of white funky foam. Adhere at an angle on the card front.

4. To finish, fix some Love Santa Christmas light charms around the panel using strong adhesive squares.
